However, fresh fruit is also available, including melon balls. I also dipped into a sweet carrot desert. I must confess to being absolutely stuffed but managed to consume galab jamun– little dumpling balls swimming in sugar syrup. Naturally, there’s a full array of Indian desserts to finish off this heavenly meal. If you're disoriented by this vast display of scrumptious delicacies, just have a good time experimenting. You'll be confronted with a dizzying array of appetizers – oriental salads, fantastic salad dressings, sauces, chutneys, dosas, samosas, fritters - you name it - beautifully arranged - then onto main dishes with an impressive selection of vegetarian offerings -(Saag is a favorite of mine) - lamb, chicken and fish delicacies swimming in the most divine sauces, plus Tandoori chicken. However, we never tried their weekend buffet – an expanded version of their daily lunchtime buffet - so we trekked down there on a recent Sunday (April 22nd). Hubby and I have dined there many times because we like it so much, and, sometimes, we bring guests. Another terrific experience at Bombay Royale, Northampton, MA’s most popular Indian restaurant.
